HLKON Axis provides cloud-based infrastructure for client applications (such as social and creative marketplace apps like Ziggni). We connect local artists and local businesses by providing a digital bridge, not by acting as the seller of products.

HLKON Axis is a technology intermediary. We do not handle direct sales contracts, shipping, fulfillment, or logistics between artists, providers, and buyers unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.

We may share data with infrastructure providers, analytics services, and client app operators only as needed to run the service, prevent abuse, or meet legal requirements.

We retain data for as long as needed to provide services, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary by data type and applicable law.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data. No system is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
