Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to and use of HLKON Axis cloud services, including integrations used by client applications such as social networks and digital commerce communities for artists and providers.
1. Service Scope
HLKON Axis acts as a technical bridge between local businesses, artists, and digital client apps. We provide hosting, APIs, and data connectivity tools.
2. No Sales or Logistics Liability
HLKON Axis is not the merchant of record and is not responsible for product quality, pricing, payment disputes, shipping, delivery, returns, taxes, customs, inventory, or fulfillment performed by third parties. Sales and logistics obligations remain with the participating artist, provider, buyer, or local business involved in each transaction.
3. User and Client App Obligations
You must use the services lawfully, provide accurate information, and avoid misuse, unauthorized access, scraping abuse, malware, or content that infringes rights.
4. Content and Data
You retain ownership of your content. By using the service, you grant the permissions needed to host, process, and transmit that content to deliver requested functionality.
5. Availability and Changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the platform for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or product improvements.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the extent permitted by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HLKON Axis will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform, including losses related to third-party sales or logistics operations.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, legal requirements, or material security risks.
9. Governing Terms
Additional commercial terms may apply through separate written agreements with clients, partners, or providers.
